I use it to animate simple figures to showcase complicated oil and gas operations: like a drillship that comes in and drills a well and then the ship goes, a new one comes and sets a production tree, then the well flows, etc..... much faster than animating figures in powerpoint - amazing software; plus also to animate photos and videos and drawings, no real objective just play

I made the movie that size to match the dimensions of my Procreate file. This way I wouldn't have to crop out any parts of my artwork. :)

what a great lesson for me. I want to ask if I can use a ready vector to animate. I mean the vectors has layers as I know. I am not an illustrator so I ask if I can take a ready vector to insert in procreate and if the answer is yes then I can see the layers or not?

I don’t have the program yet, so I can’t just look for myself, but I was wondering if you were to animate something in Performing mode, couldn’t you then move/change the position of the key frames after the fact to alter the speed of animations? It seems like the intuitive thing to do, but if this isn’t possible yet, maybe it can be added at some point?

Hi Lisa , I have just completed your 4 hour course for Procreate dreams … First class ….. BUT 😢 I have fallen at the first fence .I have made my back ground and created the layers for the animation parts ,mouse ,picture frame etc . The issue is when I transfer my background /layers I can’t find the conversion tab to allow the tracks to be created ….. It’s driving me mad .. I am 71 years old and computers and systems frustrate me .Any ideas 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲 ..How do I sign in to Skillshare ,I have down loaded the app several times ????? How do I get a copy of your original painting plus the layers ????? for your lesson …. Thanks Lisa …….

Hi and thank, but on my app I can’t change the properties. If I enter a number it changes the bottom number automatically

Got the same issue. For now what I do is change the properties at the top firsts and leave the dimensions for last. Start changing it from top to bottom

Perhaps it is just me, but I find the colored strips in the timeline showing a snippet of the art on this layer very confusing. You don't see the actual frames, only if you zoom way in. I wish Savage provided us with more options how the timeline is shown. Also not having the ability to make the timeline area smaller is a bit of a pain. I can see the app has promise, but it is rather underdeveloped for all the hype it has created.
