I just gotta say. This course is amazing and the "small fee" is wayyyy less than Gareth could be charging for this amount of information and all of the time he puts into educating us all!! Infinite thanks to you Gareth, sincerely, thank you for all of your work! @Gareth David Studio

Very clear and brief information. I have finished your illustration tutorial and now watching AE. I just want you to know that your tutorial is like spoon-feeding. keep it up

Not everyone that can DO can TEACH. Those are two very different skill sets. You have an exemplary ability to put yourself in the mind of the student, and realize what they don't know, and organize how to present it. In most video tutorials the presenter assumes the viewer has all sorts of knowledge which they don't -- because they're a newbie! And blasts through the material because it's OBVIOUS, isn't it? -- when you already know how to do it! Instead, yours is SUPERB pedagogy and BRAVO!

Thank you for the awesome comment. I do work hard to plan everything and try my best to empathise with someone who is new to it!

These videos are so helpful for learning how to use Adobe after affects . I feel I’ve learnt so much already from these videos . I’m studying design visual communications in university atm and we need to use after affects and the other Adobe applications and unfortunately my lecturers aren’t that helpful with learning how to use these applications they are useless so I decided to take it upon myself to work hard and learn by watching videos that are amazing as these like I feel like I’ve learnt so much in the last 6 minutes than I have from my lecturers in university all year

I love your classes There would only be one thing I would suggest. Please give your students a way to ask questions. I'm in tears because something wrong with what I'm doing. I can download your files fine but when I try to create my own something is wrong. I can't see my files. I don't even know where to go to get help.

These aren’t animation principles though. These are objects’ attributes or properties that can be animated. Animation principles relate to anticipation, exaggeration, squash and stretch, staging, follow through, overlapping, appeal, arcs, timing, and others. It’s 12 of them !

This tutorial is too complex to understand, why using resources you made before for the tutorial, why not just show us how you created each resources. Your tutorial is more of theory. Show us practically, let's follow up, I couldn't follow up I have to go look for another tutorial, this kind of too advanced for me... downloading the resources is waste of time for me, what's the essence of the tutorial if I can't creat each resources my by self, and also repetition of your intro makes the tutorial boring.

Calm down...AE is supposed to be used with a combination of file you made in Illustrator or other another software. If you don't even know how to draw a shape It's not his faut ... It's a tutorial on how to use AE not how to use Adobe suite ...

@@zerkorj can you just guide me, so first i need to learn illustrator ? then comeback to the AE tutorials ?

I don't want to hate on the teacher, but he is waay too formal and on top of that sometimes he isn't explaining important things.
