It is so refreshing to see a motivated animator with clear intentions on improving their art. As a girlie who has experienced the worst burnout imaginable, I have been seeking so many ways to bring myself out of this creative block for literal years. The current state of 2D animation in the industry is not helping my case at all, but this video alone brought me so much hope. Seriously, never let that positive outlook and intention die. We need people like you who, when there are no opportunities, make their own presence with hard work and persistence. I'm so looking forward to seeing where your animation journey leads to !!

Yesss, you get it! Thank you so much for this! I completely get where you’re coming from, and I’m sorry you’ve been dealing with burnout-it’s rough, especially with how things are in the industry right now. I’ve been there too, and shifting to new projects or taking a break to soak up some inspiration really helps me stay creative. I’m so glad this video brought you some hope. Just know you’re not alone, and I’ll be sure to check out your work too. We’ve got this!🙌✨

How do you like hire voice actorers and animators and stuff I want to be like you some day 😭

I know Fiverr has a lot of artsy-type freelancers. There are likely alternatives. The video presenter has become a producer of a production, and that costs a lot of money. All the people hired have to be screened for impressive credentials. Hiring people solely on credentials is a risky business because the hiring end doesn't know about the person's personality and ability to work in teams. Then, the hiring person must ask for recommendation letters and references, specifically from people who have worked with the applicant. Ideally, the applicant must have an amiable personality and must be cooperative. A disagreeable personality is a turn-off. An American hiring another American to work for them is going to be very expensive because it's a dollar for a dollar. But an American hiring an Indian may be cheaper because of the exchange rate.

It can be as simple as reaching out to voice actors like @kiwifruitkl and actors in general and getting a quote based on what work you’d like them to do! Many people use Fiverr and Upwork, but also consider social media platforms as well.
