Neat! I am not familiar with the Atari ST at all. Is this something the ST would be capable of? Or, is the PC allowing the emulated machine to "instantly" load pre-rendered images to make this animation appear smoother than otherwise possible? Also, you mention this took a half hour. Does that include the rendering of the frames?

Actually streaming frames has been done on several systems. Look at the "Bad Apple" demos. The frames are exported all as svg's then ported to screenshort and loaded after another in my case. The linedrawing part at the beginning is realtime. I just went after the effect of an wireframe movie. Its not so important to me on which system it has been done, to be honest. You would put all the work into it but really nobody would really apreciate that its done on an ST, Amiga oder C64. The result is the same.

The Atari ST is well capable of rendering wireframe and solid 3D graphics.
