I have a theory: the King's son died because he was playing in a hardcore world. Hear me out: the stick figures are playing in Minecraft worlds used by other "real" players from their computers. The world that the King's son played in was a hardcore world that was played by someone, and that person died, which deleted the world. This is why the King's son got deleted with the world.

@@nerdyboy5490 I'm pretty sure all the stuff at the end where Purple/Gold and Navy/Orange were interchanged a bunch was metaphorical rather than literal. Orange realises that Purple is like his child, choosing to care for them instead of avenging Gold, and Purple realises that Orange can replace their absent father, choosing to him over Navy who never really cared. I don't think it really fits with Purple's memory, either; technically Orange did leave Gold, so that part kinda checks out, but I don't know if there's any parallel with Navy training them too harshly and Pink protecting Purple, or with Pink dying. Finally, Alan did say in his reaction here that Gold was dead, and in his reaction to Animation vs League (which came out way before AvM 29 did) that purple had a bad childhood (paraphrasing); he was probably joking, but it's not out of the question that he had been planning Purple's backstory for a while. Alan also said that Orange was originally going to lose his father and that he swapped it around, so unless the story's overgone a massive overhaul, I don't think there's a connection between Purple and Gold. P.S. if I'm right, then Navy could maybe come in at one point as an antagonist, which could be very interesting.

I like that these guys went on this huge, nearly world ending adventure, and Alan was away from his computer for all of it. I like to think of a slightly different version where Alan misses all of it, but then comes back to his computer just as SC comes through the portal with the staff at the end, and from Alan's perspective, it's just like "what did you guys do now?"

Something interesting I noticed is that there's an actual explanation for Purple's confusion when he first gets to Alan's computer and can't find the master block. King's plan said it would be on the taskbar, but since he saw the original video he should have known that one was deleted. Except if you pay close attention to what's happening when he's watching, he turns around at a very specific point, then turns back after it. He never saw it get deleted. He turned away at the dash to the recycle bin. My theory is that he may have actually given up or at least fallen to desperation if he had seen that, because he had no way of knowing there was another copy of it on that computer

The final episode made me cry so much man, god. Especially from a KZbin SERIES w/o dialog just visual representations, music. God man, animation is such a beautiful art form with different backgrounds. I started watching when he dropped the first Animation vs Animator/Minecraft around 2016-ish, 7 years later and this masterpiece of a series with a dedicated and talented team behind it and on youtube of all platforms of media, it's insane to me. I don't usually make a habit of watching credits at movies (bad habit, but I can't remember names anyways), so I never realized until they said it here that terkoiz was a member of Alan Becker's team. I only know him because I used to really enjoy watching the RHG fights, especially those featuring FLLFFL, one of his characters. it will probably be like Marvel. The phases are seasons. Season 1 kinda brought the characters together, Season 2 was introducing their skillsets and whatnot, Season 3 was the climax for the current story, so Season 4 will probably be like Season 1, except there may not be new characters, and Season 4 will probably be better than Marvel's Phase 4 (which is a hot mess) But I do hope that they introduce new characters

I loved how the two icons became a 4D cube. Nice detail. Did anyone notice how when the stick figures put the minecraft game icons in the wrong spots? The one with the white glow was supposed to go back to Alan’s desktop and the one with a black aura was supposed to go back to the other desktop. Edit: Fact check, both of them were white until The King used Alan’s game icon which made it turn black.

I love how the chat of the command is shown when he uses the staff. I know command blocks, and these commands are simple, but I just love the attention to detail. However, in 50:20, Alan states that the Titan ravangers are separate species. Through the command, it should be something like “titan_ravanger” because it is a separate species, therefore a separate entity. Not very big brain Alan.

Ima clear everything up: In the description of "The King", Alan Becker stated that this was the season finale, not the SERIES finale. Season 4 is coming. And anyways, if this WAS really the end, then Alan Becker wouldve made a video compiling episodes 1-30 together. He didn't, so there is definitely a season 4 coming

Damn.... I don't even play minecraft and I was heavily invested into this! I'm surprised that King Orange didn't see Yellow as his son, living a new life in the game. Or like, show a bit of weakness around Yellow. Either way, this was AWESOME! I kept seeing them all over the net and never knew who did these. Ima have to go back and start at the beginning.

I mean Yellow and Gold both have different personalities and they dont look the same so its not really a reason to show a weakness to him in the first place. Also he was acting nice to them when he first met Yellow and Blue. He could've put them in jail like Green and Rueben but he didn't. He literally let them sit on thrones so i guess ur kinda right.
