Top 5 dps: 1. Vegito (insane base dmg and low spa) 2. Aizen (insane base dmg, full aoe, and has one of the best abilities in the game.) 3. Sasuke (His damage is INSANE with the relic, and pretty cheap for what he does. Recommended for every 15-30 wave activity.) 4. Griffith (Theoretically the strongest unit but he costs an insane amount. Better as a buffer.) 5. Ainz (He has good summons, pretty great dmg, and a nuke ability.)

vegito is the best for any gamemode with increased currency he quite literally solos anything his damage is just THAT good with double unique
