LOL. It's like he was holding it all in, until the end. There is something about the fade to black with the music that hits hard, for some reason.

Just watched Your Name a few weeks ago and definitely made me go back and try to find new stuff in anime form, as I did not for the last 10+ years. After I finished the movie, I couldn't let them go, it was like they were REAL. Dammit how is that possible? So I come here and find other people feeling the same way I did. I can only thank everyone involved in this project for putting so much LOVE on it

me too , i am 40 , and this anime make me cry like a 12 yo teen age girl, every damn time, i think may be it make me remember my first love, that feel ,so pure and innocente the first time you experienced it, i was like : make it happen , make those two meet in real (manga) life please, Mitsuha and Taki are the most adorable and heart melting characters in anime history (beside of princess Mononoke or Seita and Setsuko from "Grave of the Fireflies " ), wish i had a love story with someone like in the movie, an UTOPIA i guess !

This reaction reminds me of watching 5 Centimeters Per Second back in 07 when I was in my college with my anime club friends. It is so good to enjoy these great shows with fellow anime lovers.
