For those who didn't catch this in theaters, you don't understand how much more grand the scope and emotion feels on a huge screen with a huge audience cheering on what at it's core, is a simple slice of life. It's absolutely surreal.

Totally agree. I don’t know whether this is just a US thing or whether this kind of reaction is normal in other countries like it was here in India, but here in the UK where I am even though it’s clear many people reacted to moments in the film, none of them were as hyper and prevalent like this. It’s rather disappointing honestly as I would love to experience reactions in cinemas like they do perhaps in the US rather than here in the UK. I mean, it is nice when people are quiet in cinema so you can enjoy the movies, but if you don’t perhaps get the same audience reaction that you really want to express outwards in that moment, it can be a little disappointing in a way.

Just because a movie is based on real life events doesn't always mean it's automatically better than a movie that isn't based on real life events. But everytime I go to the cinema, kids behind me kick my back, people are on their phones the entire time (why you go the a cinema then?), talking loudly, or are literally commenting everything that is happening.
