Qiqi isnt a western style zombi but a jiāngshī, also known as a Chinese hopping vampire, a type of reanimated corpse in Chinese legends and folklore. The characters for "jiāngshī" are read goeng-si in Cantonese. The use of a talisman on its forhead is to make the corpses move by themselves for easier transportation. Talismans are written in vermillion which represents pure Yang energy. By tacking a talisman to the forehead of the corpse would enable the jiangshi to be controlled by the priest in doing whatever he orders.

I put physical Zhongli in my teams as main DPS because hitting 13-15k crits while having his atk speed up is pretty sweet :D

5:56 Quick correction on a culture stance, Qiqi is a jiangshi, which are more vampire than zombie, though they are still animated corpses. As jiangshi in mythology, were essentially a means to transport the deceased of a not-so wealthy families back to their home, with the talisman on the forehead as a means to channel life energy into them to animate the corpse. With the talisman for Qiqi’s case acting as a limiter to the energy used to bring her back to life, following the accident that took her life. 15:12 By technicality, as Childe is a bow unit with an elemental skill that changes him to a melee stance. Though lore wise, he is essentially a weapon master, with the bow being his weakest proficiency. 16:14 Yeah it’s kinda the en voice direction, likely deriving from the more countryside dialect for the cn voice. 16:16 this would be male The Traveler, the player character, whose default name is Aether, while the female traveler is Lumine. 32:36 That was Beidou, one of the earliest 4 star characters in the game, with this being a clear highlight on how there are no character demos for a good amount of the old “pre-existing” characters during the early days of the game. 36:26 That would be a Tanuki daruma, with Sayu’s design being sorta based on Tanuki, but is actually a Mujina 1:05:28 There are 5 weapon types in the game, swords, claymores, pole arms, bows and catalyst. With Heizou actually being a catalyst user, and is the first instance of a character fighting differently from the weapon they use.

I am sure you did notice the variety of elements, well here's a fun fact- We didn't get ALL of the Elements until the 3rd anniversary happened and Sumeru was released for it dropped the Dendro element (think leaves and greenery) since Sumeru is the Dendro region. Others are Ameno (Air), Geo (rock/earth), Electro (lightning), Hydro (water), Pyro (fire) and Cryo (ice).

Btw, here's fun facts regarding each region, they're all based off of real life countries. Anyone can correct me if I am wrong. Mondstadt- Germany Liyue- China Inazuma- Japan Sumeru- SE Asia and Egypt Fontaine- France (with a bit of Italy mixed in) Natlan (unreleased)- Indigenous America Snezhnaya- Russia (unreleased, but get mentioned, in fact one playable char, Childe, is from there)

In reality, the game is based on traveling between 7 regions with different cultures and related to certain elements (the characters do not necessarily use the element of the regions to which they belong) The Mondstat wind area represents Germany Liyue stone area represents China Inazuma Electricity area represents Japan Sumeru nature area represents the Arab world + India + Persians Fontaine water district represents France Natalen fire area represents Mexico, Portugal and Spain Snezhnaya ice area represents Russia

The bird thing is mostly a coincidence, I think? Fischl has a raven because she's a goth, Sara has black wings because she's a tengu, Cyno's trailer features a feather because it's a reference to the Egyptian god Anubis, and Raiden's trailer has a crow because I don't know. The ones in Nahida's trailer represent hope or freedom, probably.

Just found this video in my recommended. I was going to say you should watch the version trailers and other content about Genshin, but you already did! Now I'm going to go and binge watch the rest. You should definitely check out Honkai Star Rail character trailers as well! It's a new game made by the same company. There are a lot less characters since it only came out a couple months ago!

Hello lady, i got to know your channel through youtube and i'm glad you like the demos of the characters, the character that appeared with Kazuha, that samurai, is called Beidou she is the captain of the cruz fleet, her ship is between Liyue and that snowy mountain, she is one of my favorite characters, her system is Counter, in short she uses her sword to block part of the attack of the enemies (mob) and counter attack giving even more damage... i hope you enjoy the game which is gacha...

Oh youll enjoy this game, but if you play this game a word of advice is dont rush the story, cuz take your time to play this game and explore around Teyvat(world) but ill tell you the story is indeed top tier but, at the start of the story its going to be a little more family friendly stories but the more you go on to the story it gets darker, darker i mean like dark "DARK", so if your gonna ask why to take your time and for you not to rush its becuz people get burned out to this game, every update they made is amazing a big hype, but if the update comes put its starting to be a good experience and your enjoying it but for after few days or weeks your literally gonna get bored unless if your gonna do something else to this game, they update every month thats why their content dosent end sometimes, some updates are meh.. some updates so great, so thats my word of advice im sorry if its allot theres literally allot to do in this game lmao, i hope you enjoy if you played this game!!

He spends like 90% of his spare time up there researching, and it's also the place where the bones of a large dragon by the name of Durin lie. (While Durin is known for being destructive and generally evil he's actually quite the sweetheart. I love him.) 19:49 i mean, not really flying, but levitation through alchemically made platforms yes. 19:57 dont we all. Although its so much better in the 2d art... 20:02 Klee and Albedo are adoptive siblings! Their mums are old friends and now Albedo lives with Klee's family :) unfortunately someone at Hoyoverse has a vendetta against showing them on screen together... 20:37 yup. Albedo's alchemy, called the Art of Khemia (pronounced keh-miya) focuses on the creation of life. How that gives him the ability to turn a butterfly into a bird i don't know, but we roll with it 😂

@@nearlymj So you know how moving your mouse onto the video makes all the little buttons and options popup? Well for me when the video isn't in fullscreen and I hover my mouse up near the top center of the video I get some little Opera specific buttons to appear. One of them is labeled as RGX and you can click it to enable and disable the image "enhancing". Of course, you may have a different version of Opera that may not even have the RGX option. I have OperaGX specifically and don't know how the other Opera versions look.
