Actually, Anya only talked to the swords in JP. She was speaking Indonesian to Iroha and Ayame (unless I misheard which is very possible since I don't speak Indonesian and have extremely minor JP knowledge). IRyS also spoke JP/EN based on which which angel/demon side was at the front.

I love how, even in HoloGra, Anya spoke more Japanese than Indonesian as opposed to the other multilingual ID members. Also, I like how the episode's Japanese title had an emote "✌(^ ^)✌". It's adorable just like Anya. Another interesting thing, the post on Twitter had one of the ending animations as the preview image instead of the actual episode unlike most episodes.
