Well, something power levels in my opinion based in feats and affirmations in the comics: Event: Avengers vs x-men Scarlet witch supressed : 64 septillions Scarlet witch full power: 300 septillions Cyclops 1/5 Phoenix force: 60 septillions Cyclops 1/4 Phoenix force: 75 septillions Cyclops 1/2 Phoenix force: 150 septillion Cyclops dark Phoenix: 306 septillions Hope summers with shou lao power: 122 septillions Hope summers with chi and scarlet witch powers: 300 septillions To better understand this, it is that Scarlet witch's powers work in a way that if she constantly exceeds her curses they do not work and apparently she loses her power or rather her power is weakened to such a degree as in the one in which I try to fight with cyclops empowered with half phoenix strength but i can't do anything and she herself said that's all she had but after resting in the final battle of the event she was able to hurt cyclops and knock him out for several minutes and together with hope summers who was replicating her power defeating the cyclops dark phoenix and dealing enough damage to her for the phoenix force to abandon him, when hope summers alone could not deal enough damage to her for the phoenix force to abandon him
