I think why most people are criticizing sasuke's rinnegan use is because of his use in boruto series. He only uses the position switching technique,transportation jutsu and a non canon chibaku tensei; no universal push/pull, or six paths of pain or chakra absorption, soul extraction, etc.

As AnimeScale pointed out, he has one the strongest Susanoo. He doesnt need super summoning also why would he need to play around strong opponent especially those who can absorbs such technique and probably nothing would happen to isshiki if he use push/pull ability ? Pretty sure Naruto Punches didnt even made Jigen flinched during the first fight. As we know that the push ability was rendered useless to a strong opponent like Naruto Sage back in Shippuden where he stack clones and able to repel it.

My only surprise is to see Jubidara at the middle of the list. I think he deserve to be at the Momoshiki place, due to infinite tsukuyomy, Preta path which he even needed to use, Limbo Hengoku and the barrage of meteors ! He created a salve including dozens of meteors, whereas Momoshiki used only 3 ability, including 1 which can easely be used. Apart this, I am completely agree with your ranking !

Sasuke has saved the world many times in Boruto solely by using one rinnegan ability, he doesn’t need to be flashy and overuse his rinnegan abilities ( like otsutsuki clan ) despite being a human and that’s what earns him the reputation of being effortlessly cool.

You forgot that Sasuke literally used the Reverse Ninjutsu of Hagoromo, that is, CREATION OF ALL THINGS. Sasuke did the reverse of it and allowed his Susano to recieve the tail-beast's power by creating chains from the beasts itself (unlike what happens in Gedo Mazo). Amd this I probably think could have only been possible due to his Rinnegan.

Bro you placed nagato so high just because of the fanbase . To think of it there's no way nagato can match the ability of kaguya to switch between dimensions and infinite tsukuyomi. And there's no way nagato's use of Rinnegan Can match sasuke's switching ability and planetary devastation & his other rinnegan abilities ( attraction and chakra absorb) Sasuke's planetary devastation is much much stronger than nagato's as he was able to use it on all the tailed beasts at once I am talking about skill and not how strong the character is

They did but they wanted to hype up Madara again and Uchuharise everrytthing so they just had Madara say that he had his eyes implnanted into Nagato - which is literally impossible for many reasons and dumb. The plot and data from the story continued to disprove the claim. So the Truh is that that pair of rinnegan that Madara though were his were actually Nagato's own. Many data points gathered by many people talking about how it made no sense (including myself). All that mattered was to make the fans think it was true, it didn't actually need to be true - and you see the result of that now
