I’m so happy how you got through this year, dealing with mental health issues. As someone on the same boat, I went through anti TB medication till last December and that took a toll on my mental health and also the side effects . I hated looking myself in mirror , because I lost a lot of weight and hair. Lost my dog too in that period . As I got out of it found out my bf of 10 years was cheating on me. That’s how my 2023 started. This year found out my dad has cancer and those treatments took everything from me mentally and financially. If I look at it now, this whole year should have shattered me into pieces, but somehow it didn’t. I put all my heart and soul into my work and that definitely paid off in more ways than I expected. It’s at our lowest we find out our real strength. When you had an option of giving up and you didn’t, that’s the kind of woman your younger self will be so proud of. Congratulations my lady ❤ happy new year to you!

Can you please share which doc you are seeing currently? I have been suffering from depression, insomnia and anxiety since past 7 years. I have been to numerous doctors gained 20kgs while being on the meds and still i can’t see myself getting any better.

this year was such a rollercoaster for me as well, i gone through so much emotionally, and what not but i accept the fact that i have to let things go , I can't hold people, i am such kind of person who try her best to solve things but this year i understand that sometimes efforts doesn't work cuz its always from both side in any relationship, and i lost a 15 years of friendship this year idk how to deal with it but I'm trying to let it go and not to cry about it i want to be happy i want to be lil selfish for myself next year i want to choose myself first because this world and people will always surprise you but i have to understand that i am the only one who can make myself or break myself, i want to be a happy version of me next year atleast i can try ✨

Hey. Just a small advice to anybody who’s been going to psychiatrist and taking medication or planning to. Just be very careful. I was on medication for good one year and it affected my physical health to another extent. My liver got affected in the worst way possible, the intestines, the gut. I would faint literally every other week. Anti depressants were very important for me to survive back then but when it came to this point, I had to completely stop taking any allopathy or antibiotics treatment because not everyone’s body can take so much of antibiotics. So please just try to go to homeopathy or ayurvedic or even therapy.

That’s why I have mentioned about the side effects and ofc if any medication is causing damage to your organs or you have extreme side effects then those meds are not for u and u must immediately stop taking them. Any good psychiatrist will accommodate all of this and that’s why the hit & trial period exists. Unfortunately homeopathy or ayurvedic meds did not help ne at all even after taking them for almost 3 years. For extreme cases, allopathy is required but everything needs to be monitored properly and with good doctors! I hope you’re doing better now, goodluck!

Im dealing with mental health issue for more than 15 yrs and i was on depression, therapy and medications and lot....it is tough and even small things can triggers your depression or anxiety or mental health...you have low energy dont want to wake up from bed so yes it take time and you never be on 100 i so agree with you....

Changed my diet to raw vegan,followed naturopathy alternate healing ,did yoga..these 2 helped me with my mental health tremendously while was recovering from a life altering ailment and got me rid of all my medications in a span of 1 year .. Highly recommended .

Each segment of the video made me feel a different emotion.. When you talked of mental health, I just felt so helpless because I haven't started medication despite a good 6-7 years.. But at the same time comforted seeing that some woman is doing it. When you spoke of songs, I felt so connected because your description was so very articulate and emotionall. And about the movies, I could so see you were so involved even while describing it. Just made me feel so calm seeing someone with, (like I always say) so much emotional maturity. Hi anindita..just wanted to tell you that in 2019 I was all prepped and ready to fly but literally like 2 weeks to departure my visa for israel, Egypt, Jordan and Palestine got rejected... developed some sort of ptsd but out of nowhere this year I got a chance to travel to hong kong and my visa got accepted really really fast...and j found myself watching my fave band live and in Disneyland where i hadn't even thought of visiting. I guess everything has a reason ..:)
