The KZbin comments section is usually a desperately sad place but nearly every comment is either positive or a serious question. Such a rare thing to achieve. Well done everyone, let's keep this up.

hey it'd be great if you could share a bit about how you first got started in real estate. what were your first couple of deals? did you start with development right away or use another strategy to get started? how did you fund your first few deals? did you have any formal education in the field, just started and learned doing it, have a mentor etc? stuff like that would be great to hear from you... thanks!
@aarondaniels37417 жыл бұрын
@Anish Great to see all the success you're having in development. Had a few questions 1. How did you get your start in development? 2. What screens/criteria do you use when looking for investment? 3. What was your source of capital early on? Friends / family members etc? Forex? 4. How do you go about sourcing opportunities? What about these international ones? 5. How much of your time do you spend on real estate vs forex? 6. What ways do you hedge risk with property development particularly when interest rates are changing etc. 7. Any advice to guys just getting into the development game? How would you start knowing what you know about the business now?

Best youtuber: concise and very informative content. I also appreciate how someone is holding the camera and it's not a 'selfie' video. The property development breaks some of the monotony of car you tubers with the same content over and over again. Can't wait for the next video!

1. How long have you been developing for? 2. What was your first project? (If you can remember) 3. What sort of projects/properties do you look for? E.g Converting houses to flats, building on plots, etc. Hopefully you can answer my questions, can't wait for more property development videos in the future. :)

Alot of people asking if you need university degree or money, the question for the MOST part is NO! The successful multi millionaire developers i know have just been really hardworking and knew the right people and were at the right places at the right time and have years and years of experience. So get out there start from the bottom work your way up and start networking!.

Smashing video as always! Talk about doing development on a grand scale. An interesting juxtaposition would be to make a video discussing the very first project you ever undertook and the trials and tribulations you experienced there. Great work Anish!

Hi Anish, I think it's really cool that you respond to comments! I have a few questions: When you got your university degree, how did you get your work experience before that to get you into the industry? What are all the countries you've had investment into and how did you gain access/get into those markets? What would you say has been your biggest success thus far? According to your instagram, you're only 26! How did you accomplish so much in so little time as I'm assuming you graduated university when you were 22? 4 years is a pretty quick ascension to where you are now! That's pretty inspirational. Did you take a big risk on your first property development and it paid off? Or? Finally, since you travel a lot, I thought I'd recommend a few songs for you, for those long drives and such: Always wanted - PJ ft. G-Eazy The greatest - Raleigh Ritchie Frio - Mike Stud These days (remix) - Mike Stud ft. Marcus Stroman Changes - Skizzy Mars Pay for you - Skizzy Mars Cheers! Have a good day

Hi Anishvin, really happy to have come across your channel and watch someone willing to talk more about real estate development. Few questions in mind would be; First, How did you start in development and how do you start with little to no capital? Second, when you first started out what type of properties did you develop? Third, what is the real estate development process, from looking at properties to develop to choosing contractors and building process and eventually selling the product? Fourth, what advice would you give to someone wanting to pursue the same field of work? Thanks and hope to hear from you soon! Keep it up in business and youtube!

Hi Anishvin, A subscriber here from the UK, Manchester. Really enjoying the content of your videos and how you break down each stage of the projects your involved with, not sure whether theres many other channels and videos like this elsewhere on youtube. We are a window blinds manufacturer based here in Manchester in the UK supplying blinds to commercial and domestic customers and most recently also having a number of blinds ordered from a country you mentioned in this video, namely Ghana for offices and apartments in Takoradi and have also had further orders made for more blinds for a different office block also located in Ghana. We offer blinds domestically to estate agents and developers in and around the north west and midlands. Im certain we could offer you and your company great service with our window blinds and would be grateful if we could discuss things further with yourself by way of email or any other contact ? If not atleast keep us in mind as im certain youll need your windows covered sometime or another :) Thanks Naiim Akhtar

@Idevendrasen7 жыл бұрын
As he said they ahve already sold 50% of the apartments so that will fund the initial build along with the projects shareholders fund, profit will probably be split amongst the shareholders depending on their contribution to the project/fund.

A friend in Dubai told me he had mates who had bought 2/3/4 bedroom apts like the ones you're talking about, just by looking at the plans and when the site was just a hole in the ground, it seems absurd right? Well heres the funny bit, the developer (main guys) ran off with the money, a new one came in and demanded the initial investment again. Tip: dont invest in something until its in front of you not on paper.
@minesh55837 жыл бұрын
Anishvin I agree research is key, but most people are enticed there and then just by the returns and how good the sales person makes it sound. Better to pay more later on than when an apartment is just a hole in the ground.
@tomjens20467 жыл бұрын
At least in civilized world, if you buy from the plans, it is enough to pay 5 or max 10% of the amount to reserve the apartment. If somebody is asking for 100%, just run (unless you are the investor).
