Anish takes time out of his day to record an 18 minute video answering all of our questions about property development and everyone starts shitting on him for supposedly having "rich parents" and "pretending to be self-made"? What incentive would he have to make us believe that he started from scratch? None; he would make the exact same amount of money from his deals regardless of whether its on KZbin or not. He is trying to help you and you are too insecure too receive the help... Thanks Anish for taking the time to answer all the questions and please disregard all the haters! Truly great video with awesome information!

Okay, first of all I'm in the USA and my buddy is a pretty decently sized property developer and I'll tell you guys how he got where he is and it took DECADES. His father was a doctor first of all and he's a surgeon also. His father started out with trailer parks, then used the profits from those to open nursing homes and that probably took over 20 plus years to do; then they bought a huge commercial building that was a department store that went out of business that hosts weddings, events and whatnot, then they bought/built a couple of hotels, then commercial office buildings and now they are onto luxury commercial condos. They tend to only buy or develop when they get the land/buildings from the government for basically nothing, like $1 and pay little to no taxes for years, even decades. They have at least $60 million in properties and projects and they did some questionable things over the years to get them done too; so if you think you are going to get rich overnight with very little money then good luck to you because from when his dad started till today they are 40 plus years into the property development business. LOL. Remember his father was probably making $200,000 USD at the time in salary that allowed him to get into doing this and he's making probably at least $500,000 USD in his salary as a surgeon.

+Anishvin, I'm not criticizing you, if you came from money or not or whatnot that's your business lots of people do, but based on your car purchases alone you have to be pretty big and I don't know what percentage ownership you have in that project in Africa but that's a very expensive project to be involved in in such a very short time and at your age. The main purpose of my comment is to add a dose of reality to people on here that think they are going to have what you have in a short period of time. You have more money in cars than my neighbor has and he has a $100 million plus NBA contract. LOL. People are going to ask questions when you live like that. You have good advice and people should listen to you and they should invest in property, they just need to know that it's probably going to take them much longer to get where they want to be than they think it is, KZbin tends to distort reality and then when people don't get the same results as you they'll get pissed at you and turn on you. Let's put it this way, say you were 18 and somehow you had $100,000 and you were an incredible investor that could somehow double his money every year over and over, at the end of 5 years you would still only be at $1.6 million. You had to have had a significant amount of money to start that you can afford to buy London properties cash at your age and this is before factoring in buying 7 figures in cars that either depreciate or don't appreciate anywhere near what your property development would. You would have to have quite a significant portfolio that you could say I can afford to put 7 figures into cars rather than invest that money into making even more money. I'll be honest with you, I have met very few people your age with your money that didn't have some sort of generational wealth.

well apparently he was a banker too, so there had to be some downtime with all his trading and investments unless he was flaunting regulations/conflict of interest and handling all of it himself. so u got to subtract out some time period where his investments were being handled by a 3rd party. but even then, bankers and traders are in totally separate areas of IB. he kind of insinuates that his banking background helps him with his investments, which is kind of strange and borderline BS cause bankers don't exactly make good traders, or acquire the right skill set for it, and vice versa. i find it extremely hard to draw a line as to how a junior banker making pitch books suddenly translates to knowledgeable forex trading. most traditional bankers in IB don't know crap about forex btw. granted he never went into detail on what exactly he did as a banker. for all we know he could have just been a teller at a retail bank. i don't get the sense he worked on a trade desk though. most traders wouldn't say they are banker. its just not the right industry nomenclature.

with regards to planning permission you can generally secure a development subject to planning permission, if you have a decent architect with a quick turn around pre-planning applications submitted to your local council usually cost around £200 and you will have a much better understanding as to weather or not the proposal would be successful while still having your hard earned cash in you account if they come back and that would not be viable.

Anishvin, i've been on mobile & desktop and on the landing page the "book now" button linking to the squeeze page has a type form of some sort that is private, preventing us from having access to a booking mechanism. i cant figure out how to login to gain access to register. Honestly the funnel landing page is great, however the squeeze page immediately after is bunk. You should rebuild this funnel on another platform such as clickfunnels or funnel dash. Fix your funnel right quick with a simple, landing page, squeeze page or opt in, and then a thank you page sending us to the platform you will use to book us so we can Book our spot brother !

+Colton Vanderwall If I remember correctly he said in the video his first project was like when he was 18. how did he make enough money to start his project while being in education- mom and dads money. I was talking to a man who had done work with anish before and he even said it's all because of his wealthy parents. Don't get me wrong guys, I'm not jealous, I hope he makes even more money. it's just annoying the fact he's trying to appear on social media from starting nothing to all this success and money - this isn't the case. I think he just wants to promote his property seminar

Hopefully I can get some ideas and inspiration from you channel

I have no idea why people seem to think you need loads of cash to be a property developer, 99% of these people will never become anything...they have failed before they have even started, Anishvin never said it would happen overnight, i worked 12 hours a day 6 days a week, all bank holidays and christmas's etc to get together £150,000 for my first building project which i sold for £305,000, i have now bought another section of land to build 6 new homes on, if you really want out the struggle and stay focused you will get there, you only get out what you put in people...

I also though for rental properties in UK from now on you will not be able to claim your interest on your mortgage against the property as a cost (Not the full repayment) i believe it coming down in 25% aiming to be in full effect by 2020 currently charged a 25%
