In terms of property to rent, I saw some specific things such as fire door mechanisms in the video, are there other things like that one should be aware of straight away to look out for? Jeevan Rana OHHHH right, you mean is it better to buy a house that’s ready to go or at auction, I would definitely say auction because then you can put money towards it and make it better than buying a normal house and will still have spent less, It’s more effort this way but the profit would be much higher as you’re spending less and getting more per month as you would renovate to a fairly high standard and then when you come to sell, it would sell for more too.

I love propriety video but man you should tell your cameraman to show the whole unit, its always a close up angle to your face and you talking alot and very fast. You should show the whole place and then talk about it and slowly. 👍🏼
