The Anker PowerHouse 767 has 3 2300W AC outlets (US version is 2400W), super fast 2200W mains charging, three 100W USB power delivery outputs and a 2048Wh long lasting LiFePO4 battery expandable to 4096Wh with an additional battery. There’s an app to control it remotely and it has some clever carry options.
These power stations are perfect for emergency power, camping or in your campervan, DIY, travel and festivals and around the house and out and about to charge all your tech. And the Anker 767 can charge at up to 1000W off solar panels alone when mains isn’t available.
I’ll run through its capabilities and thoroughly test all its claims to help you decide if this is the right power station for you. And towards the end of the video I’ll compare it to other similar power stations I’ve tested. So let’s take a closer look.
If you want to skip forward or back at any time in this video, please use the chapter markers KZbin creates from the timestamps down below and in the pinned comment.

@@TheTechnologyMan When connected to a solar panel, does it start charging on its own when the sun rises in the morning? Or do we need to constantly disconnect and reconnect the power connection? I saw this negativity in a comment about 757. What is the situation for 767? Can it stay connected to the solar panel without any problems?

I know that Anker 767 has a 1440W maximum charging input. I have seen this in many videos. In your video, it appears to be 2200W. What is the reason for this difference?

I have just bought the 767 which I have an issue with . I was powering my dishwasher at 2300w output. When I connected the mains supply to it the device started drawing 2400w mains power then switched itself off due to overload. Even though I set the charging AC input to only use 500w in the phone app the device just jumped up to 2400w, thanks Ian

I enjoyed your review and was happy to see that it is possible to use non-Anker solar panels. I am considering the european version of the 767 and would like to use 2 Risen 450W panels at 24v each connected in series. So... 48v input. Not sure about the 'open circuit' requirement. Should these work to give at least near maximum charge speed?

Very good review. Would this be able to power a 1000w water pump?
@TheTechnologyMan
@TheTechnologyMan 7 ай бұрын
It should! Does the pump have an induction motor? Might want to check initial draw but you have a fairly large safety margin.

Warning for Canadians who need an RV (TT-30R) port: Since about 2 months ago, the 767 (AKA "Solix F2000") units shipped in Canada do not include a TT-30R (RV) port. In the U.S., they ship with an RV port. In Canada, these units ship with an extra 2 AC outlets (for a total of 6) instead of including an RV port. There will be no retrofit or other way to change the unit once purchased. Anker support says units with RV ports will ship in Canada in early 2024.

Hi, thanks for the very useful video. I wonder if you have an idea how long the Anker 767 will last connecting a 500W fridge? If there is a formula to calculate it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
@TheTechnologyMan
@TheTechnologyMan 6 ай бұрын
Fridges will turn on and off with the compressor so your best bet is a cheap energy monitoring plug. Run the fridge for 24 hours and see what it uses in Wh. Divide this into 2048Wh to find out the number of hours your fridge will run.

I am thinking about using one of these as a power supply for a static caravan. The caravan has gas cooker and heating, LED lights, but I am really looking for it to keep the gas boiler running so I don't have to have a noisy generator running.

Since it says its rated to last 10 years, does that mean it won't last longer than that? I'm looking into getting one of these to use during blackouts and maybe a few times throughout the year (about 10 times a year). Would I still only get about 10 years out of it before having to replace it? Assuming I take care of it and maintain it properly of course
@TheTechnologyMan
@TheTechnologyMan Жыл бұрын
The 10 years is based on 3000 charge / discharge cycles and average use. So will less use the battery could last a lot longer. And that's only until it gets to 80% of its original capacity so still very usable even after that!

a quick question. Can the 767 Anker be connected to a Generator outlet in other to power an entire House like the Ecoflow Pro??

Sorry thought I'd replied to this! I'm not sure I full understand what you're trying to do. But you could have the generator power the Anker and then run any household items off the power station.

Many are looking to keep their freezer and/or fridge during a blackout rather than all these small appliances. Maybe testing a small fridge, then a fridge/freezer combination and a then a separate freezer.

Do you know if you can use a 2 into 1 xt60 and plug in 1 solar panel and 1 cigarette connector at the same time. I'm thinking not as one is 20 volt and other 12 volt, but do you know the right answer please.
@TheTechnologyMan
@TheTechnologyMan 9 ай бұрын
It supports up to 60V input so if your solar panel's OCV is less than 48V you could connect in series with a 12V car outlet I guess but sorry not something I've tried.

@@TheTechnologyMan I checked directly with Anker. The input voltage from 2 (or more) supplies must be the same, so I suppose taking solar from the MPPT controller would mean it matched the cigarette 12 volt supply .... but not sure if it's worth considering or any gain in doing it.
