To anyone wondering about power measurements, it gives about 12 to 13 watts initially under direct sunlight and then drops to about 8 to 10 watts when hot. Which is about the same as normal socket charging. On a cloudy day, it gives about 1.5 to 2 watts, which is useless. I have been able to generate almost double the wattage off a different 30w panel. Overall, the ps30 built quality is good but has an average performance.

Здравствуйте скажите пожалуйста, как вам эта солнечная панель?? Как вам её мощность? Заряжает ли она в пасмурную погоду ???

Is this your favourite over the BigBlue 28W? Have heard a lot of positives about the BigBlue and its ability to charge in a variety of conditions.

I though the same. Does the bigblue 30w supports fast charging as anker does?

Got one today for Christmas. Does the solar panel hold any sort of charge outside of sunlight if moved? Just curious.

I'm going on an international travel. do you know if i can carry this on my carry on bag? I've been eyeing this for a while and i don't want to have this confiscated.

I don't know about international travel, but I believe that you can carry this solar cahrger carry-on bag when flying domestically. Enjoy your trip!

put it in Your suitcase, it can take a beating - check on the regulations about powerbanks, they are great for storing the energy, while You do something else :-) Bring a little paracord, to hang it somewhere - it's lightweight

I got mine 2 days ago and it’s trash. Won’t charge a damn thing. I’m not dumb. Perfect sunlight and direct light with the red light on. Won’t. Charge. Shit.

a 30w panel in perfect conditions would probably see low 20w range. if there are any clouds, shade, dirt on the panel expect much less than half. thats why these small panels are sort of a novelty or a back up to your 5th backup
@mcwhippmeister4573Ай бұрын
I've thought the same until I realized these kinda solar items won't put out much energy. I've heard it called a trickle charger and I think that's accurate.

You should not charge your phone in hot days. Only charge it when it´s cool outside. Or: Put your phone in a colder place while charging it. That´s your only alternative.
