Man... if only we could have a glimpse of Yugoslavia if Alexander lived. Also, if Yugoslavia was never created, I suppose that Serbia would have abided by the Treaty of London, which means they would get Bosnia, a piece of Dalmatia and Slavonia.

Alternate monarchy: Yugoslavia models its royal government after the German Empire, where each region maintains its own monarchy alongside Serbia, but Serbia is the dominant power. Instead of being a kingdom, Yugoslavia is a Tsardom, or empire, with the Tsar of Yugoslavia typically always being the King of Serbia. Basically, Yugoslavia = Imperial Germany, Serbia = Prussia

1:36 If Yugoslavia was never created, Croatia wouldn't be nearly as big as in the map as it was not even an independent country during the war. Serbia could probably choose to take all the lands Serbs lived in, or form Yugoslavia.

@AntemuraleChristianitatis Bro what?? Serbia was the victorious nation during the war and it's decision would be supported by allies as it played a big role in the war. Croatia and Slovenia didn't want Yugoslavia from the very start, but they didn't have a say in this and thus it was better to form a union with Serbia and than become independent, than be a small independent state from the beggining and be quickly conquered by Italy or Austria. I'm just saying that this scenario was very unlikely.

Serbia could only take over Vojvodina after Trianon treaty. There is a high chance that Italy would get more land from them (especialy Dalmatia), but Serbia wouldn't get anything else.

Doing old coallitions, eh? Try all endings: Transcaucasus Federative Republic! You could do so much, like for example annexation of Mountain Republic and other north caucasus states, conquest over Turkey, an extended Soviet ending (That leads the Transcaucasus SFSR to survive and stay united after the fall of the USSR), so on and so forth.

Wholesome Ending: The Yugoslav nation peacefully dissolves without any violence or bloodshed or atrocities and its constituent nations maintain very tight bonds of mutual trust to this day. The lands of former Yugoslavia now stand as a shining example for the rest of Europe to emulate, where friendships and co-operation have triumphed over rivalries and isolationism.
