The cord should follow the groove on the underside of the device and then it will sit flat on the bench

Personally, on my own device I have found that the water line markings on the cup are not very accurate. Tried making soft boiled and they still came out hard boiled

Why do all these steamers need to have an annoying alarm at the end of the cooking time, why cant it just beep once and power off.
