Sampled: Means when RCU team is having doubt over the genuinty of a document or a borrower profile then RCU does in-depth verification of document and borrower profile. Sometimes even if there is no doubt then still RCU does that in order keep a check on overall location and also to meet minimum files sample norms for the location. Sometimes sampling is also done on the special request of credit team Hold means RCU team need additional information such as docs not clear, Signs pending etc. In that case RCU puts the case on hold Screened means RCU department is satisfied with file and there is no doubt in there mind w.r.t it's genuineness.

If, they find out salary fabricated documents or some fake documents while processing the personal loan. What there will be an action from their side? Just they will reject the loan or report to CIBIL under the fraudulent category..?

Reject the loan and internally report the same as fraud so that file doesn't come in future again. No reporting to cibil
