Thankyou so much sir, - i think asm,acm are for area only, like not state, in a state there are 5-6 asm, acm depends on state to state and bank to bank. - one department missing ( external ) - FCU ( fraud control unit ).. who crosscheck the documents , screening , stamping, purpose of loan , ITR, Documents and manual visit verification and submit report before sanction...

Thank you. MBA finance are considered for credit job but distance learning will be a hindrance for you. If u want to start in credit then roadmap will be long. You need to start job as credit cpa who reports to credit manager and gets salary of around 15-18k per month. There u need to work hard for 2-3 years and try to learn the credit manager task. Thereafter when u are confident, move as branch credit manager in small finance banks and there u will get salary of around 30-35k per month. There work for 2 years atleast and post that move to a reputed private sector bank
