I recently graduated from the University in March 2023 and I have already got my AHPRA registration. As far I know I can apply for a modified skill assessments and I do not need any experience (if it’s under 12 months of graduation date). My only concern at this point is if I need to supply my PTE result for ANMAC registration as my PTE result expire in March 2023. I have enquired with different sources and some of then have suggested that I would not need PTE for modified skill assessment and some of them say I do. So, what really is the answer?

For Modified Skill Assessment, you don't need to provide English language test results.

"Relevant Experience can be claimed POST minimum qualification as per ANZSCO code(i.e Bachelor) as long as its paid employment and within the last 10 years. You may choose to get assessed by ANMAC or Claim directly with Home affairs. "

You can apply skills assessment as aged care worker but its assessment will not help under GSM 491/190 as its not under general skills migration assessment.

Hi, I did 2 years diploma of nursing from Australia and have registration as well. I have 3 years nursing experience from Pakistan but unable to provide employer reference. I provided good standing certificate from Pakistan Nursing Council to Ahpra at the time of registration. Can I claim points for my 3 years experience without providing employer reference. Because I did job in Government sector (1100 beded hospital) and the health system is not good enough to provide a genuine proof of employment to an old employee even when she is not present physically there.

ANMAC recommend to add all relevant employment (If Claiming points). However, if you are unable to get the reference from that employment, you can mention 3 years from Ireland.
