It looks wonderful as always. James would have wanted a big side of cole slaw to go with that. I was cutting up my veggies for the macaroni salad I'm making today along with some meat ball subs. James has been wanting them Moosie I love to watch you cook! I hope you're staying cool! It's been in the 80's here for the last little bit! I believe summer has hit us! Hugs!

+handcraftedbymelissa Thanks, as always, and glad you enjoyed it! I thought of cole slaw, but I was too lazy to make it, or to even go to Publix and buy it. Summer has definitely hit down here, too. The A/C is running, and it's in the mid 80s outside.

Looks great! I could almost taste it from here...

+foodquig It wouldn't surprise me if the aroma wafted all the way out there. It drove the neighbors nuts all day. :-)

+AliveAgain Thanks! Now if I could just figure out what that "something" is... I seem to be forever promising myself I'll do more videos, and then I get lazy and it doesn't happen.

Now that's a mouth watering delight! Always enjoy your vids my friend but this one is making me want to bust out the grill! .....its was 30F here this morning but, grilling weather will be here soon! Nice job!

+Larry C Robbins Thanks, Larry! I hit this one pretty much on the nose, and it was great. One of the beauties of Florida is that it's grilling weather 12 months out of the year. 30° there? Gawd! It's 76° here, and it's almost 11 PM.

As always mighty fine looking food. If that tastes even half as good as it looks it will be great... But by my guessing thats heaven on a plate

WOW that sure fell apart nicely. I think I could smell it. Oink oink! I too would like to comment piggery =D BIG HUGS

+tweetnes Piggery on a pig seemed only appropriate, so I committed it shamelessly. LOL

Lookin fine ol Boy! Mighty fine indeed, That was one of them new fangled boneless butts? BTW I sent you a PM Question about 2 weeks ago. Check your spam folder, Ah, Boy
@Anonymoose8 жыл бұрын
+Louisiana Cajun Recipes (007bondjb) Yepper, that was the boneless variety. Amazing how they can grow pigs without bones, ain't it? I prefer them, and I think by the time you account for bones and waste, they don't really cost much more than the bone-in ones. This one did come out right on the nose! I answered the PM. GooToob has apparently decided to stop sending me notices for PMs.
