The file name for importing ANN software cannot have a space symbol, but can have an underline. Otherwise, the file cannot be used. If you want to send us the file, please name it according to the name and model of the effector, and each effector should be in a separate folder. The name of the folder must match the name of the WAVE file

Hello, I wanted to make a suggestion for improving the application. The option to reset all factory presets could be more hidden, in another tab perhaps, or before the person clicks there, a question appears, if the person is sure they want to restore all presets. I say this because I lost everything, for the second time, for the simple fact that my finger accidentally bumped it. This option could be more ((hidden)), because any little touch erases everything, I hadn't even saved them all, and this is the second time this has happened... 🤦🏾‍♂️ Please fix this urgently! I don't even have the courage to use the app live, because of this situation!

Has it been fixed? Sorry for your loss - not joking, sucks to lose data so easily. An option like that should definitely be hidden/harder to do. Accidents like that should not happen, or be an option.

Olá, queria dar uma sugestão de melhora no aplicativo. A opção de reset all factory presets, poderia estar mais escondida, em uma outra aba talvez, ou então antes do usuário clicar lá, aparecer uma pergunta, se a pessoa tem certeza de que quer restaurar todos os presets. Eu digo isso porque eu perdi tudo, pela segunda vez, pelo simples fato de que meu dedo esbarrou sem querer. Essa opção poderia estar mais ((oculta)), porque qualquer toquezinho já apaga tudo, eu nem tinha salvado todos, e é a segunda vez que isso acontece... 🤦🏾‍♂️ Por favor, corrijam isso urgente! eu não tenho nem coragem de usar o aplicativo ao vivo, por conta dessa situação!

@@CarlosAlly If you have an audio interface/external sound card, try disabling it, use TNAK only. It helped me.

When using ANN software, it is necessary to close M-EFCS software or other software to prevent the midi channel from being occupied. You need to find the MIDI interface in the computer settings and exit the device that is occupying the MIDI channel.
