My God, she's still beautiful. My first crush ever was in the late 70s. I was 10 years old, I saw Heart on something on TV doing Crazy On You and it was the first woman that caught me off guard. I've loved her since.

You know, I love The Beatles, and I love Heart (and Ann Wilson especially) but I don't think this was the time or place to ask her Beatles questions. This was her interview and her moment. I wanted to hear about her and Heart.

Ann Wilson is the Queen of female 70s,80s,90s rock and most female singers today couldn't hold a candle to this powerful voice, I also think her sister Nancy is a force to reckon with.

From the first time I heard Dreamboat Annie (the single) in 1976 I have always wondered why such a beautiful song was so short. One question I would ask Ann Wilson is why? The song ends as you are getting ready to hear more. Loved Heart. They were a great band.

My brother told me the Beatles came to Cincinnati once, (Crosley field) I asked how did they sound and he said said all you could hear was screaming after the opening cords, I always thought he was full of it, I never could grasp not being able to hear a concert at all, But it appears he was not full of it, So I dont blame the Beatles, I wouldn't want to play either if I couldn't hear myself. But I say we can thank the Beatles for the creation of PAs, Someone had to break the old system of sound, And it appears it was the Beatles,, So mush talent was in the Beatles it had to be fate, I listened to Paul the other day on music creation, Paul and John wrote over 300 songs together. Paul said not one time did they leave the table with an unfinished song, Once they sat down, They worked on it until it was finished

Wow, Take 2 wasn't really any better than 1. You have Ann Wilson with a new album and you spend the bulk of the time talking to her about your love for the Beatles. She deserves better. Doesn't this station have anyone that can focus on the guest? Do your homework and due diligence, it's embarrassing to not be aware of the amount of solo work a guest has done. Interviewer #1 was just about as bad as #2. Show some respect and appreciation and allow your guests to speak, in between gushing over the Beatles he kept repeating the same thing. Squandered a great opportunity to allow her to speak, but we all now clearly know you're a Beatles fan.

Even in the early 1980s before the music media glorified black hags radio would not play Heart but would play Pat Benetar and Bette Midler and Sheena Easton and even Fleetwood Mac way too much. Songs like Strange Euphoria and Strange Night and Rockin Heaven Down are far better than anything these other women made and these songs should have got massive radio play. Heart's 1982 album had songs like Perfect Stranger and Cities Burning which never got radio play or barely any but would have been big hits if they did.
