There was one game where I was on the offensive and was destroying this person but then I hung my queen so badly by moving it literally ONE SQUARE away from the bishop, diagonal to it, completely undefended. My opponent sat there and thought for ages and I was so into the game and how much I was smashing them that it literally sat there for like 20 seconds, right there, before I even realised I had hung it and that that was why they were taking so long to play their next move. And when my opponent didn't take it I realised it must have looked like the most cocky, brazen, free BM gift of a queen by someone who is destroying someone else, that there ever was. But it wasn't. It was a sheer A Grade blunder and I laughed my ass off when I mated them like 5 moves later.

Once I was playing a game and had a good position after a wild battle, the opponent's black king was on h8, black pawns on g7 and h7, black rook on a8, my knight was on e5. In this position I played Qg8+??, thinking that Rxg8?? would lead to Nf7#!. But the king could've just taken... My opponent was thoroughly terrified though, and resigned. LMAO

Wow, Anna really grows fast. Her language skills really have improved, like the clarity of her English and Americanized accent. She progresses fast when she puts her mind to things. She sounds so much different now. You can tell she put a lot of hard work in "business-fying" her image. That's a skill I wished I had: The ability to pinpoint exactly what needs to be improved, then rapidly progress in it.

Oh, 1200's are better than you think. I can tell you this with certainty, that the best games of any "rating" players is at least 400 points above their average rating. And its pretty normal to play like a r+-100. I am a 1500 rated myself while my peak is 1650 and my best win is against a 1930 rated player on chess.com (blitz)
