true but you can make it fully consistent on all characters by holding down then pressing df4,1 instead of d4,1

because you can't do that, you have to side step left before FC DF2 then do a simple WS3

Personally I still hate leroy, he is still dumb, you don't need frame data to play that character, the other characters I mention are great to play I just have hard time against them because of matchup knowledge.
