Beautiful dies. I inevitably cut into my plates. When I'm cutting mirror or any coated card I just put a sheet of copier paper or 160gsm card ( sorry don't know what it is in lbs) between the die and the top plate, that protects the card from marking. I use the cut n boss and it still goes through fine. First time watching, enjoyed your video x

@4holidaysdesigns if you are using the Gemini cutting machine, buy the metal fabric plates from crafter’s companion and cut into the A plate. It won’t leave marks in your mirror card or other card. I have used the same metal fabric plates for three years and only changed one of my clear plates because it cracked.

Hi there, Elizabeth! 🤗 I don't mind sharing my rough samples at all, for just that reason. I have a hard time imaging things from a die. I always need to cut it out. Plus, I think it makes me use it sooner. Did anything catch your eye 👁? 💕

Gorgeous dies. I always cut facing down on the magnet. I have never cut into the plates. Once you etch into them, it there for life. They will still work well.

I love everything you got! Anna's dies are the best! I've been using press n seal around the rubber mat to not show those indentions we all have by placing the die wrong way. It helps with the pieces not sticking to the rubber mat also. I won the village die and it is gorgeous. So many ways to use it. Enjoy your trip! Hugs!

Stunning I think that AG line is always a wonderful source for craft creators! As far as plastic not metal plates you can boil hot water and soak sounds funny but it works to get out warping maybe help with deep indentation but not sure

I love that you make a sloppy copy to show what your dyes look like. You were asking how to make your plates look better. Jennifer McGuire has a video an explanation of how to flatten your plates. It also cleans them up a bit. They’re never perfect, but it really helps.

Ohhh they're all beautiful! I wish I would've gotten last years Madonna and Child. I dod get the 3 wise men, the Angel and Santa. It would habe been nice to have a face die for the Santa bcuz that's too detailed for fussy cutting. But I bet I have an SB santa face die about that size.

He likes plain & simple cards and thinks Anna is way over the top with embellishments. I love love her and have been getting her items well over 20 years.

Hello Jean! 🤗 I like playing with the rub on just to play, makes me feel.like a kid again. Maybe that is why I like papercrafting so much? I really hope there is nothing on tomorrow that I feel.I "need " to have 😂 It is not even Christmas in July yet! 🎄💕
