lol ppl make the exact same assumptions about me, especially since I’m blonde and ADHD and chatty. To them, my smiles aren’t sardonic, my voice sounds too happy and “girly” to be sarcastic, and I am a great conversationalist bc I have severe anxiety and am the oldest child of divorced parents, so I hate awkward silences. However, it’s saved my life a few times. I’m constantly underestimated and it’s always assumed I’m sweet and innocent and harmless. That reputation goes a loooong way when you need to get revenge or something. My actual friends know I am anxious, pessimistic, bitter, jaded, and pretty much a lost cause. lol

idk, I disliked the movies too (I only saw the first two though), even when I was in the right age, but I also dislike how every single actor is following the hype of trashtalking those movies now. I mean, they knew exactly what they were getting into and they were happy to take the money and fame they got out of it. Talking about how bad and embarrassing that movie is now in order to please their audience and be considered a serious actor doesn't make them seem very likeable or professional to me

I've seen a lot of these videos with actors that have a larger filmography than Anna Kendrick and the video is less than 15 minutes because they're just trying to do the "press" they have to and don't really want to be there. THANK GOD FOR INTIMACY DIRECTION, we had a really smart woman come in for this play I did and I think it would’ve been a really troubling time if she didn’t make everything feel so safe

The cup song alone is bigger than the franchise itself. It was so iconic that even people who never heard of the movie knew the song or at least the cup trend, like it was THAT big. Anna including them in the film is brilliant

I was a huge Anna Kendrick fan growing up and when i watched “A Simple Favor” a couple years ago i fell in love with it immediately. I was expecting a drama and it was so funny. I went with my best friend and she didn’t like it cuz she wasn’t sure of what genre it was but I legit was dying of laughter especially at the end omg
