(I'm blown away... A surrealistic journey that really gets under your skin. I especially liked the part "Polarity". Many, many thanks to the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg and Nahre Sol, through whom I came across Anna's music.)

What an incredibly immersive and powerful piece that flows so naturally and with so much motion! The textures are fascinating, the themes evocative, the emotions raw and inspiring... Phenomenal performance by the wonderful musicians too! We're so blessed to be able to hear this online.

I loved it. Beautiful composition, at the same time evocative, suggestive, melancholic, inspiring, and at times, threatening... The choreography is very appropriate, it enriches and illustrates the musical experience... I really liked and enjoy it. Amazing concert hall. Thank you very much Elbphilarmonie Hamburg for sharing this music. José Luis from Buenos Aires city...

Let be say up front, I am nobody and with no formal musical training, so my opinion is an ignorant one. But I was moved by this just the same. ‘Catamorphisis’ is beautiful storytelling. This amalgamation of music, videography, movement and architecture made it a unique and enchanting experience. I’d only recently been introduced to the exquisite architecture of the Elbphilharmonie by Nahre Sol’s channel and to this piece by a link from her. I listened three times. Once as a complete video, then again with eyes closed to enjoy just that part. And then once again with sound off to bask in the purely visual. Thank you to Anna, the musicians, the conductor, the dancers, the architects, the videographers and everyone else who had a part in creating this piece. And to Nahre for open the door and inviting us in.

This would make a great soundtrack to a Scandinavian Netflix series or something.. it's atmospheric and wonderfully orchestrated, with effective use of extended instrumental techniques, but I couldn't help thinking: where is the actual musical material? It's mostly a slow-moving ambient soundscape, like they compose a lot in Europe (see G.F. Haas for instance): skillfully made - that has to be said, but to me ears lacking any truly memorable or distinctive musical material.

The video clips were very distracting, as silly as pop music videos, since MTV....I do not want to be told what to visualize when I listen to music...the orchestra is enough.

But then, I think this about almost all "Music Videos", since MTV was invented--I do not need, or want "visualizations," but do love to watch orchestras at work. As Laurie Anderson said, when asked by an interviewer to explain her music..."Words? About music? Wait, let me show you my dance about architecture..."@@lear6230
