It takes strong character, a forward thinker and a nonsense woman to be successful . Good for Anna. Great job for Vogue

The person who did this documentary chose chose to do in-depth interviews with three people close to Anna Wintour who support her and believe in her and can capably defend her and articulate her greatness. This was a very thoughtful and worthwhile decision and forms the heart of this piece. Sometimes the narration seems to be way off, like talking about her expensive footwear getting through the door...please. So overall this seems to kind of go halfway away from the typical attack on female leaders, but if someone were to go the full way the entire documentary would be about the specific decisions and insights that have made her an influential creative genius and a leader of the field. I have not seen that Anna Wintour documentary yet.

It's crazy how if a woman isn't all "rainbows and sunshine" there's something wrong. She's got a huge responsibility being in charge of Vogue - how is she supposed to behave? She gets the job done and done well!

I like how this documentary also showed her failures because I think sometimes that's even more inspiring. That leaders make mistakes!

Having worked on 7th Avenue for 20 years, 80’s & 90’s, Anna Wintours’s ACT was impactful to say the least. She didn’t rest on history, she looked to expand & grow, unusual for a Woman at such intense levels. She empowered Women and gave them Covers of the Magazine that exploded onto the entire American stage. She combined Fashion w/ Hollywood as did Ralph and gave us unforgettable Images, one after another, after another and after another. Visual consistency week after week after week. Her image was Brilliantly orchestrated and calculated. One of a kind. An Icon for many Women.

She obviously is a brilliant thinker with amazing insight into human nature with regards to marketing, etc. However i would rather her be an environmental advocate so she would change our world for the better instead of helping big brands get bigger.

there's been LOTS AND LOTS of corrupted men in every corner of the world, yet when it comes to a powerful woman, all eyes are on her. ENDLESS CYCLE of criticisms are on her. While most controversial men, are only passersby. This proves even more that society is intimidated by powerful women. You can't even deny because this has been going on since the beginning of time and WE HAVE KNOWN THIS FOR SO LONG already.

I don't personally follow fashion, but I admire Anna Wintour. I learned about her, like many, through 'The Devil Wears Prada,' and I wanted to know who the 'real' Miranda Priestly was. Anna does not strike me as being as whimsically cruel as Miranda. She's demanding and she knows what she wants because she knows what will work, and the artists she's fostered maintain their appreciation, and there are those few that Anna likes and respects - Rihanna is a good example - because they bring value to the table. If she were a man, I don't think her personality would be so scrutinized. It seems like so many people just expect her to be 'warm and fuzzy' because she's a woman.
