He realized he lost after the queen swap and she moved her bishop. You can hear it when he says "that's true" and his voice for the first time sounds more serious. at high levels of competition a little trash talk can be enough to break your opponents composure and secure the w. also if anyone is trash talking you take it as a compliment because a proper competitor wouldn't typically trash talk a beginner bc they know they can win without it and why discourage ppl from playing i mean I also have seen ppl who are really good at something not know when to stop trash talking nonetheless but yeah
@kidchrist35 Жыл бұрын
I swear, banter helps you while playing many times, keeps the neurons firing at a high speed, maybe? You gauge your opponent. She told him she was coming for that pawn he defended it. Their introduction didn't begin with much promise...or, any at all actually. But it surely progressed into one of the most pleasant interactions between strangers that I've ever had the privilege of witnessing! The way they instantaneously warmed up to one another made it seem as though I was watching two old friends reunite after years of separation. The tone and pitch of Nayshon's "Well come on in girl! Have a seat." invitation, along with his hand gesture motioning for Anna to come closer was so personable and welcoming that it could've convinced even the most heart-hardened street thug to safety-lock his gun, pop a squat, and let the fun and games begin. Their exchange of light-hearted banter is so refreshingly wholesome...like overgrown children just yapping away completely free of inhibition. I don't know about yall - but if I were to have just a singular experience similar to this one on a daily basis, I'd quite likely be one of the happiest; thus, kindest; and most amiable beings on the entire planet. I guess that's just how beautiful, and powerful "Love(ing) thy neighbor as thyself" truly is!

That was great. I just found your channel today, subbed and watching your content. Very cool. I played chess as a kid and loved it. Wish I would have stayed with it, but when I grew up, no options except playing with someone. No computer programs and so on. When I was in grade school (5th grade in US), I started playing with a friend older than me who taught me. After a bit, I got obsessed with playing. I remember the first time I figure out how deep you can get into the game. No shot clock back then, a game went on till there was a winner. I remember the day I was dropped off at Tony's. It was 10 am. We played three games back to back. It was summer and the sun was up till almost 9pm. When she picked me up at 8, I had no idea how much time had gone by. It seemed like maybe a half hour. I loved it. I was in a very small town, and Tony, and a few other older (a lot older) played but didn't like getting beat by a kid. I didn't win all of the time, and some of them I couldn't beat at all, but teenage boys would rather not play than get embarrassed. So I had no one to play with and playing against yourself just didn't work for me. Love to get back into it, but unfortunately my cancer puts me on a short timer. Ha. I think I may buy a program and start over but I doubt I'll have the same ability to see so many moves ahead. That's the beauty of the game. Keep it up. I doubt you'll get to read this with so many subs, but keep it up sis. Great content and you're such a lovely person to those you play

Anna, I always love your laughter, win or lose. Way to redeem the image of chess after Dina Belenkaya cheated. Keep the great videos and laughter coming :)

I can barely spell Chess let alone make sense of all this mind wizardry but these videos are so fun! Some super cool characters out there, have zero clue why YT recommended this channel, but im glad it did :)

Lovely video. Kind, open and positive human interaction is not a question of privilege or not but attitude. Both a great on this dimension. And than the game itself is exactly the experience of high level recreational otb blitz chess as in chess clubs back in the days. A little bit of competitive talk and spotless sportsmanship as seen at the end of the game. That’s how the game is played. Heartwarming. ❤
