My goals for 2025: 1. Be happy. 2. Surrounding myself with positive things (to make myself positive). 3. Getting into the university that I want (major in international relations). 4. Getting 8.0 in Ielts. 5. Traveling to another country (the country is based on my budget lol). 6. Getting B1 in Spanish. 7. Saving up 1000 dollars. 8. Taking karate classes. 9. Having consistent sleep schedule: 11:00PM to 5:00AM. 10. Reading 5 books about world history. (Outside of school curriculum).

@imvictoria-m8y one of the goals I'm starting in 2025 is to read a book about every president of the US! Obviously this will take longer than a year, but I'm right beside ya on the history goal. Also, is 11-5 enough sleep? That's only 6 hours. You might aim for 10pm to at least get 7 if you want to be up by 5

@@CrisOnTheInternet Actually, right now, I am trying to implement this new sleep schedule. But before that, I often slept at 00:00 AM or 00:30 AM and woke up at 6:15AM. In the past, my sleep schedule was like a disaster, and it changed dramatically depending on my mood, which damaged my mental health a lot

my overall goal is to relax and be cooler (i already have two big and time-consuming projects so not overwhelming myself) 1. watch a new movie every weekend 2. listen to a new album weekly 3. read almost everyday (no time goal no books goal just read) Also I do not read self-help so it's not related to that 4. Keep learning how to read the tarot Those were all my goals but a few days back I realized that I really need to work on improving my emotional regulation so for that I want to 1. Have an emotions journal 2. Stretch/yoga daily even if it's 5 minutes 3. Mindfulness practices Actually as soon as I saw you using chatgpt for this I paused the video and did the same but related to goals for my emotional regulation journey, it was so insightful and interesting, thank you for the idea! This was son fun, I love watching your new years goals videos. Also seems weirdly fitting to mentions this here but we both have the same birthday! I've always loved that

After you've generated your goals with the help of AI, ask AI to write a story in third person with your name as the main character, of a day in the life of someone who has already achieved and implemented all the goals you have decided on. By this point, the AI will have a lot of information about you and your goals, so prompt it to be as detailed as possible and use everything you have discussed about your goals. It will generate a story that should be your perfect life by the end of 2025. If something doesn't feel right, you might want to add or change a goal.
