Get into healthy weight levels for my height... Not gonna happen in 2025 but I have to start so it can be achieved in 2026/2027... I am really dreading this but I want to have a fulfilling life and at this point, my weight is a fast track to health issues and early death... I will have to split it into a long list of goals of losing 5kg/11lb at a time or something like this. So big goal for 2025 is lose 30kg/65lb

Becoming an interior designer, starting my own business. You have inspired me to not only help myself declutter, but as a designer I will also help clients declutter. I guess I’ll be a minimalist designer. I love color and decor but I’m not a maximalist like I used to be.

In older years(40-50’s) or as a mom, nourishing mind, body, and spirit through life resets and minimalism involves embracing productive habits that simplify life, prioritize health, and focus on what truly brings joy and fulfillment.

I’m 53. Two husbands who have passed away with the most tragic deaths that I’ve ever known, a father, who I idolized, passed away with ALS, I’m a cancer survivor; I will stop there. The list goes on. My life has consisted of starting overs. At my age, I feel now that this may be normal. We are only given what we can handle. This is my very first comment ever. I want you to know that I’ve been watching you for years and I greatly appreciate your honesty and how you do not give up And continue to seek the true happiness that exist around you every day. Thank you.

My husband passed away after 46 years of marriage. I was married at 18. After the funeral, I gave myself a week to write down how I felt, how I should change my life, how I should take care of my finances, emotional, mental and physical health. I jotted ideas down on paper. My life is totally and completely different from how it was. I am not how I was. I am 76, live alone. I reset my life in September from my birthday onwards. Every year, I do something different. I change my behaviour and mindset better. I endeavour to become a better person than I was last year.

I constructed mental barriers around me trying to deal with surroundings as little as possible. My life mostly goes online in other countries:). Now it's threatened due to more and more restrictions made by this bald bastard who's been the head of Mordor since i was a schoolgirl.

I am a 'single again' man after almost 30 years of marriage with two adult kids. I am 53 and starting my life over an hour away from my family (in the city I have worked in for the last 8 years.) I moved away three months ago and I am determined to have 2025 be my reset...back to good health/fitness, back to learning new skills and knowledge, back to learning who I am and want to be...all to get me back into dating. In my head, I want to make significant progress on all of this in the first 3 months of the year so that I can dip my hat back into the dating pool (after over 33 years since my last 'date'). Thanks for this video as it has given me a more tangible plan for my holiday time until I go back to work after the new year.

Hi, Im 47 and I had to be retired early a year ago, because of mental illness. Here in Sweden we retire at the age of 65. I have always loved to work and being a part of society, it gave me meaning and fullfilment of being independent. So this pre retirement was quite a blow to my self worth. But now I have come to terms with it but am still trying to find a bit more peace. Thank you for sharing your progress in finding more calm, I will try some of them. You are not alone😊

I am 77, and have been watching your videos since the beginning. I do a reset every year. You taught me about vision boards, and this will be the third year I am making one. Amazingly, it keeps me on track, and reminds me of my goals. It also gives me an opportunity to reflect on my accomplishments and what I want to do next. Humorously, I think of it as who I want to be when I grow up! You have given me the confidence to move on from being a single working mom whose children have grown and left the nest, to becoming the person that I always wanted to be. Today I am an artist, I show my work and sell my work. At one time I just felt I was not good enough, now, thanks to you, I practice drawing and painting, watch KZbin tutorials everyday and have really become confident. Now, is the time, once again to evaluate and reset my goals for next year. Thank you. Merry Christmas to you and your family. 🎄👍

It was a huge challenge for me when I first retired in 2014 because without the work routine the time I had to get things done became huge and everything became I can do it tomorrow. Needless to say I got pretty lazy. Now I do try to stick to a routine and use a to do list I love to cross stuff off so my list tends to be my normal routine things. J’ai 78 ans, et oui, même à cet âge, il faut parfois sortir de sa zone de confort ! 💪 C’est ainsi qu’on évolue sans jamais se lasser de la vie. Oui, même à mon âge, il y a toujours de la place pour grandir. 👍✨

You're not alone...I'm 42 and I'm just starting to slowly reset my life, to pause, and to grow better than yesterday...

I'm 63 and have had at least 4 resets in last 8 years. I hot divorced and moved to a house in different city. 5 years later I sold house and moved to apartment. A year later I moved to a different state to be with my daughter. While with her, I have had 4 surgeries, retired, and we moved to a ground-floor apartment. And I'm considering considering moving back to my old state. So yes, making big decisions to improve your life is still a thing after your 30s! I haven't finished watching the "reset" video, but I'm looking forward to it. I'm having mobility issues (using walker and can't drive), and will need more medical tests to determine the issue. I struggle daily with feeling hopeless, so I feel that i need a daily reset! I'm sitting outside in sunshine right now, and that always helps. Getting dressed and doing small chores also helps. And - watching positive videos and talking to my people helps too. Thanks for all your content. You are one of the positive voices in my life. Sorry you had to go through a hard time, but thanks for sharing your story and encouraging so many!

Weekly trading is the best way of making money in the market due to lack of experience which resulted in loosing funds... But miss Violet Zyaire, restored hope shes a good woman

Since meeting Expert Violet Zyaire., I now agree that with an expert managing your portfolio, the rate of profit is high, with less risk.

Im 39 and I need to sort out my debts. That's my main goal for next year. I owe just under £6,000 now. My eldest goes to university next September. I don't have much in life, I don't own a house or anything like that. But I will be happy owing nothing and having a little savings :)
