Coming from the GTA, the wife and I did the trip in reverse... Wolfville, Annapolis Royal, Digby, Luneburg, Mahone Bay, Chester, Peggy's Cove... We skipped Halifax this time as we want to come back. We loved it. Peaceful journey.

We just had a bad storm and a lot of flooding and it wiped out the bridge in halls harbour. The bay of Fundy will never stop amazing me! If you ever come back you should try the Fundy tidal bore rafting, amazing experience , and many many more.

I would love to visit the area. I developed an interest in Annapolis Royal thanks to the Keith Blackmore Mountain Man series of books. One of these days I will make the drive from Oklahoma. If you are familiar with the Mountain Man books, you'll know about the Zombie creatures he wrote about. Hope there aren't any there!!!!

It definitely rains a lot, but we went in Sept ‘22 and it was gorgeous the entire time, even went swimming 🏊‍♀️ in the ocean. Enjoy! I’d take rain gear, and both a sweatshirt and t shirts, due to the changing weather.
