Thanks for anothing very informative video, love them as a a 'beginner' traveller to get the right gear. about the vitamins/supplements: I use creatine, and yep, that's a white powder so when I travelled by air for the first time, I packed creatine chewablest. Less akward and easy to use while travelling.

When I'm packing light my "toiletry bag" is a ziploc (or a handful of ziplocs if I want to separate things)
