A lot of the budget airlines won't allow you to carry anything external to your bag, including neck pillows. I'd also suggest that if you're going to pack a dress it should be one that can be elevated easily - otherwise it's rather pointless. A travel dress should be all occasion - those stripes make that limited to casual. If you had it in black or an animal/abstract print you could add jewellery &/or scarf and go to a dressy restaurant

I like to use a cord with exta outlets on it instead of the ones that have the outlets right next to the plug. That way you jave an extra 6 feet of cord for pluging things in. Sometimes outlets are in the worst locations

i appreciate them most if my hotel/airbnb only has shelves and no drawers. so i will put my pants, sweaters, shirts onto the shelf and the underwear and socks and smaller things live in a packing cube on the shelf. perfect. in a suitcase i feel like i want to use a few for organizing when i start my trip, but on my way home, with additional shopping, i have no space to waste. so i only bring like 2, that are convenient to have, but never pack everything into cubes. i use the set from ikea. they are cheap and lightweight and they look much better than most other cheap ones. have been holding up for a few years now without problems.

I never understood bringing tons of toiletries. Unless you have specific things you must use or prescription level stuff, or are going to the middle of nowhere, why bring any at all? When I travel I just go by the travel size items I will use on the trip AFER I check into my destination hotel. Then I don’t have to haul that stuff all over the place, and when I arrive to my destination it gets me out for a quick Look around.

The only thing i would disagree with is not bringing the lugage scale. I definitely bring it with me on my trip so i can weigh my bag for the trip jome because i will have bought things on the trip

I personally NEVER use the drawers in hotels for two reasons. Number one i garentee you the housekeepera dont clean inside the drawers. Secondly i wont leave anything behind because i keep everything in my suitcase at all times. I only remove what im useing at the moment. It is so much easier when it is time to leave because everything is ready to go.
