this was soooo satisfying. i will try some of these pasteries for sure. i have made cinnemonrolls and chokolaterolls several times. so yummi. i usually tuck the ends under so they dont come undone in the oven. watching baking videos is my favorite hobby. better than netflix any time.

These all look so beautiful and delicious! And though the recipe for the Portuguese Egg Custard Tarts isn’t authentic, it is far more easier than the original, and looks just as luscious. I have been wanting to make a version of these tarts with puff pastry, but was concerned about the technique and baking temperature/time. I am 75, and not a seasoned baker, but these all look quite doable for me. Thank you! 🌸

I find it doesn't matter what it is someone always has something negative to say. They must be unhappy in their own lives. My momma always says, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. I was going to bed till I found this video. Now I will go to sleep and dream about making all these recipes. I don't have a working oven so I will try in my toaster oven. I just burnt some brownies so we'll see what happens. Pray for me.
