Dawn with the line of the interview, "If your mother was Anne Murray, would you sing around the house?"
@karengilburg31962 жыл бұрын
Dawn voice sounds just like Ann Murray.’s! I have two great nieces that have an eating disorder! Both have wonderful parents that stand by them! It is an everyday, step by step process! I just love these two girls.

Some of these comments are outrageous. Until you’ve walked in someone’s shoes. Shut the blank up. Anne and Dawn have a beautiful relationship. How dare you judge. Anne is a wonderful loving caring mother. Being a working mom is not an easy job and Lord knows she worked her butt off. You just have to look at the old videos of her with her children. So much love. Get a life you haters and maybe look at yourself through a microscope. Might find a flow or two

Just live your voice, Anne. I'm 84 yrs old and have listened to you sing from the very beginning until you retired ... Also came to one of your concerts ... You have a voice that is unique and beautiful and you choose songs that are so meaningful! You gave us so much of yourself that was costly to you ... we love you but hope in your retirement you have been able to give to your family the time you so graciously gave us! Thank you Anne Murrey for all the beautiful music and voice in song, we love you still and I have many recordings so I still can listen to that beautiful low alto voice that you shared with us for 40 years ... Thank you, Anne. With much love, Barbara

I mat Anne a couple of times. One at a party after the show in Toronto. Anne on stage looked like a head on a stick person. No body there . Not healthy as she was.

Karen Carpenter would still be with us if she had a different kind of mother. While Anne appears to be a very no-nonsense person, when it came to her daughter’s welfare, she was there for her.

Anne murray, I am so distraught, you have fallen out of my grace for you!!!
@delilahharris38343 жыл бұрын
Mom needs to stop interjecting her thoughts, she limits Dawns real feelings and thoughts, Anne goes into Dawn’s beautiful voice , but she can never measure up to her mother. Doesn’t she see that her daughter cannot be her vocally. There is no comparison between the two. I see the disconnect , Dawn cannot be her mother Anne Murray, but her mother wishes she could, and Dawn feels totally unable to see her daughter in the realistic state. This is so sad for both!
@delilahharris38343 жыл бұрын
Anne you are so insensitive to your daughter referring to Dawn’s Great big cries which you could not take, that is just unacceptable to proclaim. You just told her and the world that she is a total pain in the ass. What a loving Mother you are!
@yvonnerahui87292 жыл бұрын
I disagree..she was just being honest about how it affected her. She's still learning too. We do many wrong things as parents not realizing how it's really affecting them.
@delilahharris38343 жыл бұрын
So I’m sorry to say this but, if Anne had been there for her daughter, for her childhood this Anorexia may have not happened. Dawn was totally stressed by her mothers leaving all the time. Dawn cannot compete with her mom in singing, why does Anne keep pushing that. Dawn is not comfortable with this, Dawn wants to please her mother, she really wants to fulfill her mother’s dreams of singing. I believe Dawn needs to disconnect from her Mom she is old enough now. Anne Murray needs to let her daughter live and grow into the women she wants to be, and find her own path!
@delilahharris38343 жыл бұрын
God Anne give it up , you are not connecting to your daughter just emphasizing how she disrupts you and your life and how she makes you feel put out and guilty!!!!!
@yvonnerahui87292 жыл бұрын
I think you are being a little hard on Anne & under estimating Dawn's own strength. This is something they are walking through together & doing very well. It's not easy as a parent toward & hear truths from a child & I'd say Anne has heard a few. And..I believe Dawn has the confidence & freedom to tell her mum if she's off.
@delilahharris38342 жыл бұрын
I hate when you say Dawn has these great big cries, my God you have ignored your baby daughters Mental health, right from the begining, you are reprehensible!!!!! I no longer am a fan of yours! I am very sad and disalusioned by you!!!
