This story always makes me wanna just bawl. The fact as humans we tortured the same species as us for the satisfaction of winning a war which really, no one wins. In war everyone loses soldier's and important people to their country, rest in peace everyone who died in the war, its tragic..

Having watched the original-Does anyone else feel that the Nazis sound kind of forced and not as frightening in the English version?
@ezrina2 жыл бұрын
Do you mean the English version sounds more natural than the Dutch version? Another question would be which one do you prefer?
@joan55822 жыл бұрын
@@ezrina I really appreciate this being made in English, it has helped me Understand even a bit deeper. However, I still think it was better in the original language. That’s usually the case. I was pointing out that the Nazis sounded frightening in the original one, which they should, and in the English version it just sounds like an annoying person telling people to hurry up.

@CrystalGoddess902 жыл бұрын
In the previous episode she tells us that she died in Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. This is her telling her story about before she died.
@catepilarr2 жыл бұрын
its a construct so that she can still tell her story. as if she was talking from afterlife or something.

Anne indeed died in Bergen Belsen in 1945. The actress who plays Anne in the series continues to tell the story where Anne's diary stops. If you would like to know more about the series, you can visit this page: www.annefrank.org/en/anne-frank/video-diary-series/
