Her era of the Gathering was special. They should have become one of the biggest bands in the world. I think Century Media their metal record label failed them. She’s always been special. Like Jeff Buckley/Ann Wilson/Joni Mitchell/Liz Frazier special …..she is one of the great singers to ever come along in the last century IMO. Feel and emotion on the highest channel. What a cover. Beautiful. I wish she could come to Los Angeles. It’s tragic I bet they cannot afford it and that the fan base isn’t big enough to warrant the expense of a US tour. Think about that. Taylor Swift is the biggest artist in the world and Anneke is just here in these little corners of the planet….but let me tell you…..these are the artists that will stand the test of time. This is real ….-nothing contrived. Anneke is pure musical spiritual truth. She’s an angelic soul.

Omg YESS!! I Came across this cover a few months ago and loved it and couldn't remember the title of the video or artist. I've been searching for it for ever since. Typing in "audioslave acoustic cover." "Female cover" "like a stone blonde woman cover". every fuckin variation possible and the search results just would NOT show me this video. And finally, months later, the algorithm has gifted me this beautiful cover back in my recommendations. I love it so much. Saved to playlist so I don't lose it again.
