I am so glad I got to see Frankie Avalon and Annette on her last tour. It was touching and fun. I later got to meet Mr. Avalon at the casino I worked at after her passing and I thanked him for his friendship with her all those years. He was touched by my words. She was strong and a class act all the way to the end and her husband stuck by her side.

I've lost my step-mother-in-law to MS, so when Annette passed, I took it very hard. As for Frankie Avalon, I've met him in person back in California, and what a very nice handsome man he was back then. I've even paid him a very nice compliment, stating that he looked just as good as when he was younger, even received a hug and an autograph. Oh the memories!!! Annette...May you RIP. Now, you're singing and dancing for every one of your fans up there.

I've been a fan, since the original MMC started, and while I liked all the kids, Annette was my "fav." She was in a class, all her own. I was about 9 yrs old & I wanted to be like her. I think, the main reason everyone liked her, was her honesty & humbleness. She was sweet & nice to everyone around her. I followed her career (movies / tv shows) through out the years. My heart broke (for her) when I viewed her last video (her husband) taking care of her. Tears WELLED UP and were flowing down my face, and all I could do was pray for her.God bless her husband for taking such good loving care for Annette. I never stopped praying for her & Gary. My pain has deceased, knowing Annette's is with our Lord & she is beautiful & normal. She's dancing & smiling for HIM. Annette...you're missed by all who admired you & your life style. You were one " Class Act !!"

I need to tell you a true story. When Annette was popular, here in my hometown, there lived a girl named Peggy Minor who looked just like Annette. She was kind to everyone and she was a roller skating star. That's how I met her and found out how much her family was so much like Annettes. She had a brother the same age as Annettes and her parents were the same. When kids would remind her of this ,she would say that she humbled.

MS is such an awful disease...my mom passed away in 1998 at the age of 72 from MS, she had a really bad form of the disease and was confined to a hospital bed at home with a feeding tube and a trach tube in her throat to breathe. When they had to place the trach she lost her ability to speak so she lived her final years in silence only communicating with her eyes. She was drawn up so badly because her legs and wrists were contracted and she was not able to move the final years of her life either. My dad insisted on caring for her at home with the help of home health aides and nurses because he promised her he would not put her in a nursing home. Worst disease ive ever seen...i pray someday a cure is found so it will not take anyone else's Mother...Love and miss you Mama
