When I listen to this and close my eyes I am taken back to the 90s as a kid, feel the warm summer breeze and going to an ice cream parlour with my nan, and hearing this song playing on the radio. Back then kiwi music had something really going!

I love this song! I was in New Zealand as a university student in 1993 when Annie was touring with the Language album, and saw her perform this in Hagley Park at the Christchurch Summer Festival on 30th January that year. Great memories !
