@@zhihanlin7915 Yeah there's no way they can realistically end everything in only 6 episodes since there are stil about 15 or so chapters to adapt and Mappa usually does 2 chapters an episode. There were leaks/rumours that there'd be a movie to finish it all of but no-one can actually confirm that

They are many parallels in season 1. 1st: Instead of Marco, Jean was the one who said fire. It a parallel of what happened when they gather the titans to refill their gas. 2nd: When there was a hole in the wall, but instead of Jean, it was the one of the yeagerist standing their. 3rd: When mikasa save again the blond girl. 4th: The time when Levi rescued Eren, Armin, and Mikasa from the battle og Trost, it is a parallel of what Shadis did.

Yes, because most people say the manga became bad at either chapter 123 or 134. These were the most recent ones when season 3 p2 and season 4 p1 aired, so they had to start reading monthly and couldn't binge read anymore. It was probably the pacing that threw them off

Bear in mind that people who like the ending are not going to be as vocal about it as those who hate it. More manga readers like the ending then the vocal minority would have you believe. There are a few legitimate things to criticize about the ending (for example, pacing, though this may be fixed by the anime's execution of the ending) but not nearly to the extent some would say. I would honestly say the ending is like an 8/10 at worst, and I think it's one that gets better the more you think about it

From what I've seen, anime-onlys don't have such investment in fan theories or ships, so I'd be surprised if the reaction to the ending wasn't at least somewhat more positive overall than the manga readers

This idea doesn't completely work but came to mind (MCU reference): Eren's story is like if we were introduced to Thanos first instead of Avengers, and he was written as a "good character". Then finding out the truth about celestials/eternals changes him. Then infinity war comes and he is "ending half of life for the greater good". Basically, AoT season 4 p1 and p2 is infinity war and end game (ok... not really lol).
