You know, the original track is a very quiet one ! (especially for a Clash song...). It was even an heretic song for the fans, because it was their first love song. It's not noisy, but OK, OK, hear what you want. Actually, you might like a country version of "Love will tears us apart" (but I don't remember the band, sorry). Best wishes, PFC

No, you're wrong, and it's ,not a question of beer, but of personal taste. Like you, I think that Annie Lennox sings much better than Joe Strummer or Mick Jones (it's not difficult). Her version isn't bad at all, but let me prefer the original one. There was no irony in my answer : you REALLY should appreciate the country version of the Joy Division's classic. Have a nice day.
