I just turned 50 and I love it more than any of the other decades. All the self-doubt and fretting about what others think is *poof* gone. It’s true freedom. There’s no need to fear aging - it’s natural, it’s a divine gift, and it brings with it a wisdom and true beauty. Unfortunately, modern culture drills “anti-aging” into our psyches, and so we turn to the knife and the syringe to prevent something that should be embraced.

Many of your truths struck a place in my heart. I am a firm believer that if I have a negative person in my life, that I distance myself from that person. I learned this the hard way as I “had” a friend who always made me feel down and negative. It took many years before I realised the connection and distanced myself. I celebrated my 58th birthday on July 24th and am feeling much wiser, confident and I speak up for myself. I truly believe that I’m improving with age.

I found your channel because of the collab with Liah Yoo, and I usually don't like lifestyle channels about positivity (I'm a very negative person), but after watching a few of your videos I was pleasantly suprised! You're so down to earth, have struggled with bad skin, managed to lose weight and because of that I've decided to actually start taking care of my diet and skin again and am researching everything I need to buy.
