Great options for changing up breakfast. I have been doing similar "ceral" bowl using chia seeds, buckwheat, flax meal, cinnamon, maple syrup or Makita sweetener, almond milk, fruit, walnuts, and pacans. Probably overkill, but it keeps me full for hours.

I really do not enjoy prepping I'm disabled and it's difficult for me to stand hold the utensils however I do the best I can. I pray that somebody close to me would adopt your recipes and share them with me that would be great.

Oh Cara, I love how you play with your food creating new taste temptations! I have a little extra tidbit of information about flaxseeds as well. The two tablespoons per day of powdered flaxseeds help with over active bladder. I make a smoothie with flaxseed powder and what ever fruit I have on hand, and it works! I don't have to hit the restroom every hour at night to empty my bladder like I used to. Though, I've found that if I have the smoothie in the afternoon it works better.

I eat 1 banana before weight lifting and 1 kg seasonal monofruit after immediately. And after more 3 hours I eat a big salad with lots of vegetables and raw vegan cheese. This is simple and proper food combined. I think that these breakfast ideas are OK from time to time because they are more like desserts for me.
