I found out I was pregnant with my second a few days before my wedding. After 4 years of trying and many failed pregnancies... in currently 16 weeks and sooooo excited. Congratulations to you both Annie!! ❤❤❤

I’m 33 and always had irregular periods with PCOS and for a year I decided to focus on correcting my hormonal balances and focusing on my health as I knew I wanted to be a mom and it was time for my partner and I given we’ve been together for 9 years. I focused on my health by making adjustments to my diet and taking supportive hormonal balancing natural supplements and good quality prenatal for preconception and also exercise and proper stress management. Best decision I ever made. We actually thought IVF would be part of our journey. We were shocked when we found out how we were pregnant because it takes a long time to conceive when you have hormonal imbalances you are correcting. It is amazing how advance science is now, my first daughter will be 21 and when I got pregnant the test was only a + and - no time or anything else, no apps to calculate etc. You are already a wonderful Mom.

One advice,that I didn’t follow with my first one, is to sleep as much as I want and excercise or even make my body move as much as I feel I can.. I wish you the best!
