I’m so grateful for you sharing your journey. I’m 11 weeks pregnant at the moment and dealing with nausea, tiredness, debility. I hate hate feeling bad and I have terrible remorse that I'm not as happy as I should be, but your film make me feel a little bit better and a little bit more grateful for what is happening right now with my body. Thank you Annie.

You being pregnant is really the most beautiful thing. I can so very much relate to everything you say. I have wanted to become a mother for years, but the right time is not there yet. I cannot wait until I am pregnant and I thinking back to how I always waited for that moment.

Your description of morning sickness is spot on . That’s exactly how my morning sickness feels. Mine also comes in the afternoon and evening. At some point I felt like crap. I also felt extremely exhausted throughout the day. 😩🤢😭❤️

Hi Annie! Congratulations!! So happy for you- I can’t wait to follow along on your motherhood journey moving forward. I have a 2.5 year old boy and 13 month old boy/girl twins. Both my pregnancies were absolutely horrible and it pains me to say that because i always dreamt of how beautiful pregnancy would be! And not that it isn’t- but I was sick from beginning to end, developed very low blood pressure, was fainting and became anemic. I also had a broken pelvis with my twins. I have lived an extremely healthy lifestyle since high school (I am now 29)- working out and eating super clean all the time, so I was shocked when my pregnancies were so tough. We might want one more baby so here is to hoping this one is more smooth haha. Envious of your amazing journey so far but so happy for you!

Hello Annie! I've been watching your videos since the days you used to live in New York. What a journey! We are the same age and it is so nice to see all the changes through the years. I dream of having a baby as well! I already know that when the time hopefully comes, your videos will once again be so helpful ! Lots of love 🥰

Omg I feel you so much on the emetophobia. I’ve been pregnant 3 times (2 kids though) and morning sickness was the thing I dreaded the most. Thankfully I also didn’t get sick but did have the nausea all day and night with my pregnancies. I’m glad you’ve arrived at your second trimester which is the most smooth one, so enjoy before the tiring third trimester 😉 Thank you for sharing your journey with us ❤️ Wishing you the best.

Congratulations! So happy for you and your lil fam! I have a 10 year old, 8 year old & 7 month old baby. With the baby we conceived on Thanksgiving and also told our family on Christmas 🥰 my nausea was the same! I do anesthesia, so I was so thankful my day started early. I felt the best in the morning and like you said it just progressed throughout the day. I would come home from work by 2 or 3 in the afternoon and it would set in. Sometimes I would just go to bed by 7pm because there was nothing that would help me. At times I dry heaved and burped, but only threw up once or twice. I am also not someone who ever throws up. Unfortunately, for me this lasted until 25ish weeks 🥲. I did everything I could this pregnancy to help my body relax and enjoy growing this beautiful human. I did acupuncture, gentle chiropractic care (no manual manipulation), meditation, yoga, Pilates, essential oils, tons of water and positive birth affirmations in the end. Overall, my body was so happy and healthy while pregnant. I had a natural water birth and did self directed pushing. My oldest child and husband were able to be by my side to witness this birth. He is the most chill baby and is so happy and smart. Keep doing everything you are doing. Your body and and your baby will love you for it! 🤍

I am beyond my years of having a baby, but I’m so excited for you. When I was pregnant I had very similar symptoms to you, minus the morning sickness, I never had it. All in all it was pretty easy pregnancy; Labor was a different story. ( nothing to worry about though.) I gave birth to my one and only son one month shy of my 30th birthday.

Congratulations Annie 💖 I'm so happy for you. You reminded me of my excitement and happiness when I got pregnant with my little boy. At that time it took me 2 years to get pregnant, I was over the moon when I found out and I enjoyed every part of my pregnancy even though it was not all fun. Just as an advice watch videos about what I didn't expect about postpartum and motherhood because there are some things you really wish you had prepared yourself for, not to scare you 😁 but knowing some forgotten aspects of postpartum and motherhood is always good. For my experience, I thought that a baby will sleep through the night by the age of 6 months maximum but nobody told that it could take longer. My son only managed to sleep through the night at the age of 16 months. I was so frustrated. With babies not everything works by the book. On the other side believe me they are the BEST gifts in life 😍😍😍

Hi Annie You’ll see your appetite and food choices will change… I didn’t eat pasta as much with my son, but I craved Mexican food, and I never ate that much Mexican before and I craved pudding… don’t forget to keep your calcium up for their bones and teeth! I did this and my son has beautiful tea th, bones and skin.. I had morning sickness in the beginning than it went away and came back in the 8th month and keep oil or coco butter way on your lower stomach to prevent stretch marks.. especially toward the end! Then at the end you may go through what they call nesting, where you will want to clean… I did that in about my Roth month, where you want to clean before they come.. I was up late at night sanitizing my kitchen and dining room! etc..and when you get to the end I found using a pillow in front or behind my back, to sleep more comfortable! Hope these help! 💚☀️

Love your video and that you are sharing your journey 🥰. Also I wanted to say when you mentioned your phobia of throwing up i was so emotional to hear that someone else can relate with my phobia. I have also had this phobia since I was a kid and I’ve had such a hard time having people understand. Getting criticism for being afraid of something that is normal for the body. But for me it’s not. Like you I have only thrown up 4 times in my entire life and it all happened as a kid. When I’m nauseous I take anything to avoid throwing up. And I go into panic attacks crying shaking. I have even refused treatments for my health condition just because it would cause me nausea and vomiting. I don’t have children and have decided that I don’t want children, but in my teens when I used to think of the future and having a family, morning sickness would always terrify me. Glad that the morning sickness didn’t last you for too long and that you never threw up.

Week 9 is when the nausea started for me. Didn’t puke 🤮but lots of dry heaving which I think is worse.. I kept crackers by my bed and ate them as soon as I would wake up in the morning..I also had a weird metallic taste in my mouth..which they say is not unusual .. by the beginning of my second trimester it subsided..they say the second trimester is the best because you start to feel the baby move..the nausea goes away..and you get hungry and horny 😂 and you’re not too big yet..so sleeping is not uncomfortable. The last few weeks of pregnancy sucks too..I couldn’t sleep because of severe heartburn.. Only thing that helped soothe the heartburn was ice cream 😉 All the best to you Annie, looking forward to watching you go through this journey ❤️
