24 years... Jesus Christ, games i played as an early teenager are now over 20 years old and not a thing can top them in their atmosphere to this day- almost quarter of a century later. One would think someone would remember what made games great back then

I still have Soul Reaver from a Magazine here in Germany, "Computer Bild Spiele", first contact I had with the game series and since loved it from there. I still hope one day for a true sequel to Defiance.

The packaging looked nice and sturdy, the disk is very pretty, and I'd love to see the contents of that advertisement for other games in depth. I don't know German, but just looking at the pages would be fun. What a fun time capsule, thanks for uploading.

Looking at it, the ad seems identical to the English version. I am surprised by how crisp everything looks! Looks way better than the PAL version, imo!

I used to love those kinds of cases back in the 90's where the front of the manual doubled as the box art. It basically always resulted in the manual getting tattered around the edges if you removed it a lot though lol.

This is why I miss psyhical media. I have 200+ digital games across various platforms (steam, gog, epic, ubisoft, PS) and sometimes I look at my "library" aka game list and I feel absolutely nothing, because deep down I know I don't really own these games... I regret going all digital, this shit is so soulless and I miss the PS1/PS2/PS3 era.
